Warehouse Staff

Job Specification:
* Receive and check the incoming goods/spare parts to ensure all spare parts are stored, recorded and administered appropriately.
* Coordinate the delivery of goods/spare parts to customer/distributor/dealer in accordance with superior’s instruction in order to meet customer’s requirement timely.
* Maintain and check the condition of spare parts stock in the warehouse to avoid idle material.
* Perform inventory control activities in order to ensure all data recorded are matched with the actual.

Minimum Qualification:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree would be an advantage, from Administration or Accounting.
* Minimum 2 years experience in the related area
* Male, between 26 – 30 years.

SYSTEM ANALYST CRM

Job Summary:
Manage, analyze, and maintain Clarify Service CRM, Ms. CRM 3 (Sales CRM), PRM (Partner Relationship Management) System, and new CRM/PRM related application projects.

Job Specification:
* Survey and determine the user need for a new project
* Design a logical data flow and prototype for the system to be developed
* Set up a time table and budgeting
* Determine the resources to develop the project
* Control the development process
* Conduct user training
* Monitor the system regularly
* Maintain and improve the existing Service & Sales CRM, and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) System for productivity and efficiency.

Minimum Qualification:
* Female/Male
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Application Development, Application Maintenance and IT Project Management for CRM and PRM Project.
* Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Informatics.
* Has a comprehensive knowledge of Sales and Service CRM
* Understand in Clarify and Ms. CRM3 would be an advantage.
* Good in ASP, VB.Net, Oracle DBA, and SQL Server DBA.
* Good communication skills (English) is a must

SYSTEM ANALYST ERP

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining ERP, SN DB, and EIS. He/she has to manage new ERP/EIS related application projects.

* Good communication skills (English) is a must
* Good knowledge in Progress 4GL Programming, ASP, VB.Net, Progress DBA, SQL Server DBA, and SCO Unix environment.
* Know about other ERP than MfgPro would be an advantage.
