PRIVATE BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DIVISION

Job responsibilities :
1. Handle In-bound calls and Out-bound calls.
2. Customer Service for Card Center Division Installment&Autopay.
3. Entry Data.
4. Daily report.

QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Qualifications :

1. Minimum Associate Degree.
2. Minimum 1 one year experience in Banking ( in Card Center
Division will be advantage ).
3. Proactive and Good analytical Skill.
4. Good communication & interpersonal skill.
5. Computer litearture.
6. Be able to work with team, under tight dead line & having
interest in detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Working days Monday to Friday.
2. Working hours 08.00 am to 17.00 pm.
