Requirements :

* At least 3 years managerial experience in manufacturing industry with exposure to manufacturing process improvement
* Experience in developing and implementing Change Management Program
* Experience in IT project implementation and familiarization with SAP would be an advantage
* Good leadership and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.
* Good project management and coordination skill.
* Strong analytical and logical thinking.
* Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English is a must

Description :

Description :

System Developer
Qualification :
* least Bachelor Degree in IT (Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Information Systems) or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical) from reputable

* Preferrably 1-2 year of solid hands-on experience in system development role at software-house of multi-national company
* Fresh Graduate with excellent potential (GPA > 3.00) and strong
* Willingness & capability to learn will also be considered
* Required language : English.
* Required knowledge and practical programming experience : ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript.
* Additional strong technical knowledge and skills in the following areas will be an advantage :
Programming : Notes/Domino, Java, Flash / multimedia, XML, PHP,etc
Database design & management : MS-SQL 2005, Oracle, MySQL, etc
Environment : web, mobile, smart/wireless devices
Knowledge and experience in business processes is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to cope with tight schedule and work under pressure to meet task deadlines
A team player with sound Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Able to approach issues and projects with a sense of ownership,enthusiasm, innovation and quality with minimum supervision
