Major Duties & Responsibilities

* Handling payroll, remuneration survey and benchmarking

* Doing job analysis

* Developing reward management for retention purpose (incentives, ESOP) Consultancy


Minimum Requirement

* Male/ Female, 32- 38,

* Minumum S-1 degree in Economi and other Social Sciences, from reputable universities.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits Manager or Compensation or from Benefits Consultancy.

* Strong analytical skills.

* High level of computer skills and strong exposures with Excel and other data base application

* Self-starter, proactively initiate changes by analyzing and developing new remuneration policy.

* Fluently communicate in English (written & verbal) is a must.
SALES TRAINER
Major Duties & Responsibilities

* Developing training curriculum and module

* Delivering training material in various creative method

* Reviewing training effectiveness


Minimum Requirement

* Minimum S1 any major

* Minimum 5 years experiences with exposure as sales trainer from insurance or multilevel marketing company.

1. Programmer (Code=PRG)
Add. Requirements :

* Good knowledge in VB/SQL2000/.NET

* Knowledge in Java Programming is an advantage

* Able to analyse objectives and problems specified by system analysts

* Able to translate the solutions provided by system analysts into detailed program specifications

* Able to prepare documentation for other programmers, users of the system and other support services workers

* Able to undertake program design activities including definition of data and error message arrangements

* Able to modify and document program code to correct errors or to enhance a program's capabilities

* Able to test the programs and make amendments

* Able to prepare reports on the status, operation and maintenance of system software



2. System Analyst (Code=SAN)
Add. Requirements :

* Good knowledge in VB/SQL2000/.NET

* Knowledge in Java Programming is an advantage

* Able to work closely with clients to identify business needs, costs and benefits of implementing a computing solution

* Able to construct Information Technology (IT) definitions based on identified needs of the organization

* Able to work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs

* Able to look at finance and budgetary matters

* Able to organise planning and documentation in general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements

* Able to Negotiate options with the client



3. Database Administrator (code=DBA)
Add. Requirements :

* Good knowledge in managing database

* Good knowledge in SQL/MySQL/Oracle

* Able to evaluates and to implement new initiatives on technology and process improvement

* Able to develops database across computing environments

* Able to serves as initial point of escalation for all processing and operational issues
