Credit Administration/Documentation Senior Officer

Major Responsibilities
The job holder would be expected to check and prepare facility letters and secure documentation needed and ensure all the approval condition in credit memo are properly included in Credit Agreement. Additionally the successful incumbent would also be required to liaise with internal Legal Counsel in relation to non-standard documentation and verify the authorised person sign on the documentation as stated in Company’s Article of Association. Other responsibilities would include monitoring and following up on any pending credit activation, insurance, and property valuation report and collaborating with Relationship Manager should there be problems related to credit agreement.

Mandatory Skills

Bachelor degree in any discipline, but preferably from Law/Legal background is essential. Also required is minimum 3 – 6 years of experience particularly handling documentation/credit admin of corporate banking. In addition to this, you would also be expected to have knowledge on banking products and services, understand security documentation, be organized and has excellent administration skills and be able to communicate to all levels.

Executive Secretary to President Director

Major Responsibilities

The role would be responsible for support and coordinating the President Director in all secretarial and administrative duties and assist him/her in minutes taking, power point presentation, and other executive arrangement. Additionally, the successful incumbent would be required to deal with telephone enquiries, set appointment/visitation programmes for ANZ Executives, travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Other responsibility areas would include maintaining good relationship with other executive and group heads and creating and maintain general files and keep them in confidential manner.

Mandatory Skills

You would need to possess a strong desire to be part of a customer focused environment Graduation from a secretarial university, preferable from Tarakanita is essential. You would also need to have extensive 10 to 15 years of experience as a secretary in banking and financial institution and have experience in handling senior Executives. You would need to be able to work under pressure and have good command of English (both oral and written). In addition to this, you would be expected to have high level of communication skills, pleasant personality and good social skills. Other essential requirements include planning and organising skills, attention to details and finishing skills and computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and email software).
