PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk was established in 24 Rabius Tsani 1412 H or November 1, 1991, endorsed by the Indonesian Council of Ulemas (MUI) and the Government of Indonesia, and commenced operations in 27 Syawwal 1412 H or May 1, 1992. Supported by the Indonesian Association of Moslem Intellectuals (ICMI) and a group of Moslem entrepreneurs, the founding of Bank Muamalat also won the support of the general public, evidenced by a Rp 84 billion pledge for the purchase of the Bank's shares on the date when the Articles of Association was signed. Thereafter, in a special meeting commemorating the founding at the Presidential Palace in Bogor, West Java, additional pledges from communities in West Java were raised to reach a total of Rp 106 billion.. Currently we are looking high qualified candidates to join our team as:

POSITION: Account Manager (AM)
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Male / female
2. Minimum Height 160 cm (women) and 165 cm (Men)
3. Interesting look
4. Minimum education S-1 all majors
5. Minimum GPA of 2.75 for State and 3.00 for private
6. Has a minimal computer skills windows and microsoft office
7. Having a high discipline and initiative as well as rigorous and objective
8. Having honesty and integrity
9. In preferred that at least 1 year experience in banking
10. Able to read Al-Quran
11. Does not have family connections with the employees / Directors of Bank Muamalat
12. Willing to be placed in the area of Tanjung Balai, Range, And Siantar

HR Operation Senior Officer

Responsibility
Responsible for the process of payroll and benefit functions, including pay and benefit administration and staff welfare.
Make a significant support and contribution to the implementation of the Bank’s business plan with regard to personnel compensation and benefit issues
Manage the Bank’s HR operations, administration and services.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Must have 3 years experience in personnel administration
Intermediate working with Excel and good Calculation skill
Honest, thorough, self starter, persistent, creative, tough and hard worker.
Can work both independently or as a team member.
Have experience in leading and managing team
