Operation Department Head - BATAM
Qualifications:

* Min. 5 years experience in operation banking activity as senior officer

Mortgage Loan & Implant Banking Group Head
Qualifications:
* Male or Female, age below 45 years old
* Min. 15 years experience at senior level management in consumer banking, especially in mortgage product activity
* Have broad knowledge of developing strategic in mortgage loan and implant banking, and in consumer business area and have wide experience in executing major mortgage transactions
* Have a proven track record in developing mortgage and implant banking business
* Have a wide networking, capable in demonstrate interpersonal skill and strong leadership
* Min. S1 education background at any disciplines from good universities
Marketing Department Head - BATAM
Qualifications:
* Male or Female, age below 35 years old
* Min. 7 years experience in senior marketing officer

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the Group's activities; structure, promote and executive financing deals for the Group; as well as prepare the Group to be deal ready

Lead and coordinate financial corporate structuring in line with strategic plan and control company performance through budget program
*
Develop, maintain and strengthen the Group's relationships with financial institution and market
* Perform project analysis and investment valuation
* Develop and support new business initiatives
*
Responsible developing, maintaining and providing financial information plans and projections; coordinate long term strategic planning and resource allocation for the Group
Qualifications:
* Male or Female, age below 45 years old
*
Min 15 years corporate finance experience in banking environment, with the last few years in a senior management position
* Have executed major corporate finance and treasury transactions
*
Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance or Economics from good universities
Consumer Credit Control & Admin Group Head
Qualifications:
* Male or Female, age below 45 years old
* Min. 15 years experience at senior level management in consumer banking and credit control
* Have a proven track record in developing monitoring and control processing for consumer banking transaction
* Have a wide networking, capable in demonstrate interpersonal skill and strong leadership
* Min. S1 education background at any disciplines from good universities
