Coordinate and conduct the training activities for new recruit, motivational program, product certifications and advance product knowledge, and facilitate Outing/Outbond program for all manpower
Assist T&D Department Head to manage training team and coordinate with all Division
Qualifications :
Male or Female, min Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
Having minimum 2 years of experience in Training or 1 year in same position is preferred
Strong competency in training management (training need analysis, training matrix, training implementation and evaluation) and delivery training
Good communication and strong analytical
Hard worker and able to work in a team
Willing to traveling
Excellent supervisory, coordination and communication skills
Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
