Narkotika Nasional (disingkat BNN) adalah sebuah lembaga pemerintah nonkementerian (LPNK) Indonesia yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan di bidang pencegahan dan pemberantasan penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap psikotropika, prekursor, dan bahan adiktif lainnya kecuali bahan adiktif untuk tembakau dan alkohol. BNN dipimpin oleh seorang kepala yang bertanggung jawab kepada presiden melalui koordinasi Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia.

Dasar hukum BNN sebagai LPNK adalah Peraturan Presiden Nomor 23 Tahun 2010. Sebelumnya, BNN merupakan lembaga nonstruktural yang dibentuk berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden Nomor 17 Tahun 2002, yang kemudian diganti dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 83 Tahun 2007.

I. PENDAHULUAN
1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa;

4. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) Tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) Tahun terhitung pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010;
5. Tidak pernah dipidana karena melakukan suatu kejahatan dengan Surat Keterangan dari Kepolisian Resort (Polres) setempat;
6. Berwibawa, jujur, adil, dan berkelakuan tidak tercela;
7. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia;
8. Bersedia menunaikan baktinya minimal 5 (lima) Tahun terhitung mulai saat diangkat menjadi CPNS;
9. Tidak pernah diberhentikan secara tidak hormat dari pegawai negeri atau swasta;
10. Bersedia mengembalikan biaya yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Negara apabila yang bersangkutan mengundurkan diri sebelum masa baktinya minimal 5 (lima) Tahun berakhir;
11. Tidak terikat Perjanjian Ikatan Dinas dengan Instansi lain;
12. Terdaftar sebagai pencari kerja di Departemen Tenaga Kerja (Depnaker) dengan melampirkan Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning);
13. Bersedia melepaskan jabatan atau kedudukannya dari anggota Parpol;
14. Surat Keterangan sehat jasmani dan rohani yang terbaru dari Institusi Kesehatan resmi yang ditandatangani, diregister dan di stempel.

II. PERSYARATAN PENDAFTARAN
Pendaftaran dilaksanakan melalui Pos dengan Stempel Pos di kirimkan kepada Panitia Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Badan Narkotika Nasional Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi Settama BNN TA. 2010 Gedung BNN Lt. 7, Jl. MT. Haryono No.11 Cawang – Jakarta Timur 13630.
Persyaratan Kelengkapan Lamaran dibuat dalam 2 (dua) rangkap dan masing-masing harus di Register oleh Pejabat yang berwenang, dengan kelengkapan administrasi yang terdiri dari :
1. Surat Lamaran, dengan ketentuan :
a. Lamaran ditujukan kepada Kepala BNN Up. Biro Kepegawaian & Organisasi Settama BNN di Jakarta;
b. Lamaran ditulis dengan tangan sendiri menggunakan tinta hitam bermaterai Rp. 6.000 (tidak fotocopy);
c. Bentuk lamaran harus sesuai contoh dalam lampiran Surat Pengumuman ini.
2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
3. Foto copy akte kelahiran/surat kenal lahir yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
4. Foto copy ijazah dan transkrip nilai terakhir yang dimiliki dan disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
5. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Polri, yang dikeluarkan minimal oleh Polres setempat sesuai domisili pelamar;
6. Foto copy Surat Keterangan domisili yang dibuktikan dengan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) setempat dan Kartu Keluarga (KK) yang disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
7. Surat Keterangan sehat Jasmani dan Rohani dari Institusi resmi (Puskesmas atau Rumah Sakit);
8. Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dilegalisir;
9. Pas foto hitam putih ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 10 (lembar) dan ukuran 4×6 sebanyak 6 (enam) lembar, berpakaian rapi dan tanpa kacamata (asli dan tidak scan);
10. Mengisi dan mengirimkan daftar kelengkapan LEMBARAN SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL T. A. 2010 yang dilampiran pada pengumuman ini;
11. Melampirkan Surat Pernyataan Sanggup ditempatkan Di Wilayah NKRI yang dilampirkan dalam pengemuman ini;
12. Foto copy pengalaman kerja (jika ada);
13. Lain-lain (fotocopy sertifikat kursus/ketrampilan atau keahlian lain jika ada).

III. SELEKSI
Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Badan Narkotika Nasional menggunakan Sistem gugur :
1. Pemeriksaan Persyaratan Administrasi meliputi kelengkapan persyaratan administrasi, termasuk kualifikasi pendidikan dan usia.
2. Ujian Kemampuan / Tes Akademik (Ujian Tertulis), meliputi :
a. Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU).
b. Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS).
c. Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK).
3. Tes Wawancara dan Kesehatan bagi peserta yang dinyatakan Lulus Ujian Kemampuan / Tes Akademik (Ujian Tertulis)

V. WAKTU PENDAFTARAN
1. Lamaran dikirim melalui Pos , (Stempel Pos dimulai pada tanggal 28 September 2010 paling lambat tanggal 11 Oktober 2010).
2. Panitia Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negri Sipil BNN T.A. 2010 tidak menerima/melayani berkas lamaran langsung oleh yang bersangkutan (tidak melalui Pos).
3. Berkas Lamaran yang telah dikirim pada Panitia Calon Pegawai Negri Sipil BNN T.A. 2010 tidak dapat dikembalikan.

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)

Responsible to provide services to customer, to supervise goods demand and goods transfer process. Proficient in market orientation and market development. Good ability in sales administration

4. HR & LGA OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (HR-LGA Off / HR-LGA Spv)

Have the ability to create and implement an effective HR program including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff relation and performance management. Have the ability to manage and control day to day administration and operation of General Service includes facilities, building maintenance, and transportation. Have the ability to bridge the communication link between employees and organizations. Have to coordinate human resources in department with strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

5. HSE OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (HSE Off / HSE Spv)

Responsible to coordinate and supervise the overall health, safety, and environmental program at work. Also, to compile and manage the safety and environment procedures in accordance with applicable safety and environment standard. Having knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation and its implementation is preferable.

6. ISO & SOP OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (ISO & SOP Off/ ISO & SOP Spv)

Responsible to develop SOP for further advancement and conduct an ISO audit. Good understanding in ISO, SOP, work instruction, and Kaizen. Certified in Audit ISO 9001:2000. Ability to perform and coordinate Quality Management System.

7. PROGRAMMER OFFICER / IT SUPPORT (IT)

Responsible to handle, trouble shooting in Linux and Windows. Excellent in Delphi / Java, VB, database programming (MYSQL, SQL), hardware programming, and network programming. Having a good knowledge of web based Programming, open source programming & ERP Aplication. Good understanding in computer development, operating system installment, computer, and network setting.

8. PROCUREMENT OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (PO)

Responsible to handle, coordinate, and make decision in local and international product purchase. Experienced in importing and exporting product. Responsible in delivering, storing product, and managing warehouse. Possess a good negotiation skill, team working and interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership.

9. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING OFFICER (FAO/FAS)

Responsible to deal with all financial activities, including administration handling, good ability in performing analsis on financial report, capable, of preparing financial report, having good knowledge in AR, GL, and taxation is preferable. For supervisor position should have knoeledge about financial budgeting.

10. PROJECT ENGINEER (PE)

Responsible to lead, manage and supervise data-centered projects (including mechanical/ electrical contractor jobs) of the company. Performing project management role; scheduling, budgeting, man power planning of every data-centered project within the company. Supervising subcontractors and vendors, and performing excellent cost control of projects. Another responsibilities are to handle maintenance and trouble shooting in mechanical and electrical problems. Proficient in written & spoken in Mandarin would be advantages. Minimum qualification is bachelor of engineering (major in mechanical, electrical, civil or architecture).

11. ESTIMATOR/ DRAFTER (E/D)

Responsible to estimate the power of constructions and to count the project expense. Also responsible for controlling, scheduling, and assisting the project implementation. Other responsibilities are to prepare constructions drawing showing plans, elevations, and materials. Good ability in preparing preliminary sketches and instructions. Proficient in operating Auto Cad 2D, 3D, and Photoshop. Minimum qualification is diploma 3 (D3) or bachelor degree major in civil or construction engineering.

Has a minimum of , 3-5 years' experiences (Supervisor), and 1 year's experience (Officer) meanwhile freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
