Sales Support Admin

The candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
1. Knowledge

* Bachelor degree in any major, preferably Computer Science. Good knowledge of supply chain principles, Managing demand and production planning & inventory control.


2. Experience

* 1 or 2 years as Admin or Staff..

* Previous experience in Sales Department in multinational consumer goods industry is an advantage


3. Skill & Attributes

* Enjoys working with data, sharp analyzing, accurate.

* Solid computer skills in Excell, Word, Power Point


4. Preferred

* Age between 24 to 28 years old

* Female, Marital Status: Single

Production Superintendent (code : PS)

Requirements:

1. Knowledge

* Bachelor degree on Industrial, electrical, chemical or mechanical engineering

2. Experience

* At least 1 (one) year experience in supervisor position

* Previous experience in the multinational consumer goods industry is an advantage

* Familiar with electronic & mechanical control system.

3. Skill & Attributes

* Strong leadership, good team works, motivation & hard working

* He is expected to have a positive working attitude, able to communicate with others

* Familiar to work on site alone and/or in a supervision team

* Having personal skill to deal with respective departments

4. Preferred

* Age between 25 to 30 years old

* Work with shift

Demand Planning Superintendent

The candidates should fulfil the following requirements:

1. Knowledge
Bachelor degree on Industrial engineering. Good knowledge of supply chain principles, Managing demand and production planning & inventory control.

2. Experience
Operational experience in PPIC and material management. All of those experience should have been gain over several years (minimum 2 years).
Previous experience in the multinational consumer goods industry is an advantage

3. Skill & Attributes
A natural planner, the candidate will be to easily communicates ideas, concepts and tactics clearly to others and gain their commitment
The candidate must be intellectually strong with clear and logical thought processes

4. Preferred
Age between 25 to 30 years old

Job Specification:

* Follow up every submitted Purchase Requisition effectively and timely in accordance to company policies and procedures.

* Negotiate price, terms and conditions with the vendors or tender participants on behalf of the company to obtain the best outcome for Company and to be complied with the specifications and standards.
* Recommending new or alternate sources of supply and ensure that Purchase Order is followed up, signed, and monitored in accordance to standards.

Minimum Qualification:

* Minimum Bachelor degree, in Economy
* Minimum 1 year experience in similar position or Accounting.
