A Reputable local bank and a member of an expanding regional banking group which based in Singapore are looking for the qualified candidates to fill the position :
ORM Staff (Code : RMG-ORM)
Responsible to :
* Reviewing and giving opinion regarding policy, system, & procedures from related division
* Identifying and analyzing operational risk and enhancing LED, ORSA and KORI’s
* Preparing and monitoring DRP, BCM, BCP, and CMP policy and implementation
* Preparing and monitoring risk profile report to be submitted to Central Bank quarterly
* Preparing risk highlight and business review monthly
* Preparing and reviewing new program / product/ activity (the risk, procedure and policy)
* Preparing, review and monitor the implementation of insurance and outsourcing policy
* Arrange the insurance task for bank’s asset such as cash in safe, cash in transit, building and inventory, ATM, etc
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree of economic (Accounting/management)
* Fluent in English (oral and written)
* Can operate Microsoft Word, excel, and power point
* Good analytical skills, team work and result oriented
* Able to perform under least supervision and can work with the tight timeline
* 3 years in Bank’s operational, bank’s system and procedure and/or internal audit for banking
