Plant Facility Department
Your Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises Plant Facility operation and sees to the provision of required energy or power supply of the plant through maintenance of all equipment, machines related to energy services and building maintenance with Key Accountabilities :
• Monitors and conducts regular maintenance and inspections of Engine room machines and other plant facilities in order to provide efficient energy and facility services, as well as to enforce provisions of Philips Safety and Health regulation and standard.
• Plan, evaluates and implements energy and cost reduction scheme related to the QOS program, without sacrificing system efficiency and performance capacity.
• Supervises electrical/mechanical / Housing and Cleaning service on going project undertaken by contractors.
• Directly supervises the implementation and completion of job order.
• Control material usage and maintain a safe working environment, provides accurate data and information as are needed by Management.
• To establish culture of continuous improvement and to create conducive conditions.
• Responsible for implementation and working environment to ensuring that all activities are carried out and to gain support on Company Business Policy.

• University graduated
• Accurate and creative person, Proactive attitude, self-driven in actions
• Well organized, efficient way of working
• Profound knowledge and understand on facility & utility processes
• Computer literate (AutoCad)
• Conversant in English
