Personal Banker (PB)
Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience at least 1-2 years experience as Marketing funding in Local or Foreign Bank
* Proactive in seeking new business opportunities and follow up existing clients in order to increase sales revenue for the business
* Able to work effectively as in individual and also in a team environment
* A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
* Able to work under tight deadline
* Excellent selling and networking skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Willing to attend regular after officer hour events
* Proficiency in using Microsoft application is a must
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English (fluency in Japanese will be an advantage)
* Willing to be placed at Cikarang
Learning & Growth Officer (LGO)
Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience minimum 4 years in developing product or process manual or delivering them as front liners and organization events (banking experience is preferable)
* Have passion to train and develop people
* Have passion to prepare training materials or researching for materials
* Able to work well under tight deadline
* Able to work with other departments and posses a good teamwork quality
* PC literate, initiative and posses strong analytical skills
* Good interpersonal and Communication skills
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
* Willing to travel across the branches
BCP Management (BCPM)
Key Responsibilities :
* Provide and develop BCP and DRC in the area of policy, procedure and implantation plan for PTBC and comply with regulation on the BCP and DRC implementation
* The incumbent will also provide reporting and develop project plan to implement the procedure and manage the testing required by the Bank
Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Bachelor Degree in business, engineering or related field from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience 2 - 3 years in IT industry and experience in Bank is an advantage
* Strong project management, quantitative analysis and reporting
* Ability to lead and influence internal stake holders and senior management
* Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent main frame systems and software packages
* Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Access is a must
* Able to work well under tight deadline
* Able to work independently as well as work in team
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
