Citifinancial – Collection Team Leader P
Brief Outline of the position
Responsible for managing end-to-end collection
process & activity independently within branch and ensuring targeted portfolio flow rate and delinquency are achieved
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct and manage the collection activity in the branch
* Develop and execute branch collection strategy align with the HQ direction
* Build collection force (tele-collection & field collection) in branch and set up related processes
* Train and manage collection force in the branch, both for tele-collection and field collection forces
* Continuously providing feedback on quality portfolio to manage collection agency and monitor their performance accordingly
* Ensure targeted branch portfolio flow rate and delinquency are met
* Ensure collection process implemented as per the prevailing Global Consumer Credit & Fraud Risk Policy GCCFRP)
* Responsible for providing monthly collection report to HQ
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in collection
* Proven good track record in Supervisory role experience
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and team player
* Demonstrate a sound analytical ability
* Demonstrate potential to grow
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
* High level of integrity
* Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours
* Location in Bandung
