Bank Commonwealth is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position for its expanding banking operation;
TAX MANAGER
Key Responsibilities :
* Ensure compliance to tax regulations
* Prepare reliable and timely tax obligations under Indonesian Tax law
* Provide tax advise to various activities in the Bank
* Review and enhance process flow for ongoing improvement
* Keep up to date with market condition and ad hoc analysis of industry development/trends
Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Bachelor Degree in Banking, Accounting or Finance from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00, preferably majoring in Fiscal/Tax Administration
* Minimum of 3 years experience as Tax specialist, preferably in Banking industry
* Possess a good analytical ability to think ‘outside the box’ for process improvement and problem solving
* Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* High accuracy and excellent administration skills
* Good modeling skills and extensive knowledge with Excel and/or other financial modeling tools
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English
* Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
COST CONTROL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities :
* Analyzing and controlling the cost/expense of daily/monthly operation services
* Prepare reliable, timely and meaningful financial information related to cost/expense
* Conduct actual vs budget analysis on a regular basis provide reasoning for any significant deviation and provide “early alert” system
* Conduct costs analysis for budget preparation purposes
* Create financial modeling for financial analysis and budgeting
* Drive cost allocation process in a reasonable, accurate and justifiable way including liaising with various Department Heads
* Review and enhance payment process flow for ongoing improvement
* Keep up to date with market condition and ad hoc analysis of industry development/trends
Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Bachelor Degree in Banking, Accounting or Finance from a reputable university with IPK 3.00
* Minimum of 3 years banking experience in back office operations, preferably in Cost Control, Accounting and Finance areas
* Possess a good analytical ability to think ‘outside the box’ for process improvement and problem solving
* Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* High accuracy and excellent administration skills
* Good modeling skills and extensive knowledge with Excel and/or other financial modeling tools
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English
* Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
