BUSINESS ANALYST (Code: BA)
Role and responsibilities :
Translating user's needs into information system features and functionalities.Developing system design specification and managing small to medium scale projects
Requirements :
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Management Information
* Have a minimum of 1 year of related experience; having excellent portfolio of delivered systems.
* Have extensive knowledge in intranet, collaboration and or other web based information systems.
* Knowledge in SharePoint is highly preferable
* Able to gather requirements and translate the requirements into structured system / software specification.
* Able to develop user interface specification
* Have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
* Fast learning and able to work under pressure.
* Having knowledge of database, data warehousing, messaging, and other related technologies is an advantage.
WEB DEVELOPER (Code: WD)
Role and responsibilities :
Design, developing and maintain Web applications.
Requirements::
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science
* Have a minimum 1 year experience in related area and or at least involved in Web Developing Project.
* Knowledgeable and familiar in using DHTML (HTML + CSS + JavaScript). Advance in doing hand coding is a must.
* Knowledgeable and familiar with ASP and PHP
* Have experience using Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
* Knowledgeable and familiar using Web Image Slicing and Fireworks MX
* Attention to detail is a must
* Fluently communication in English, verbal or non-verbal is a must
* Fast Learner and good team player is a must
* Willing to work under tight deadline and pressure
* Willing to work under contract basis
SOFTWARE ARCHITECT (Code: SA)
Role and responsibilities :
Analyze, develop architecture design and to implementing design logic also physical solution by using accurate methodologies and create design specification for developer’s guidance in developing solution
Requirements:
* Preferably hold Bachelor Degree, majoring in Information System, Engineering or any related major.
* Hold certification of MCAD or MCSD is highly considered.
* At least 2 years of experience as Architect / Analyst in .NET environment.
* Mastered software / system architecture, from concept to implementation.
* Have extensive knowledge, experience, and highly interested, in system development methodologies (such as: MSF/RUP/Agile).
* Knowledge and experience on advance / complex database system is a plus.
* Possess good communication, presentation, and leadership skill.
* Able to mentor / coach development team.
Software Tester (Code: ST)
Role and responsibilities :
Plans and executes software testing activities. Works with project team members to ensure that everything works according to the specifications. Tracks and reports product issues / defects / bugs.
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Management Information System or Engineering.
* Have a minimum of 1-2 year of related experience; preferably experienced in leading software tester team.
* Understand various types of tests and testing methodologies including functional testing, user-interface (UI) testing, stress testing, etc
* Quality oriented, organized, systematic person and must have good attention to details.
* Able to identify, report, and communicate product issues.
* Fast learning and able to work under pressure.
* Able to identify major issues to prioritize and maximize fixing effort.
* Having experience as software developer is an advantage.
