Job Description :
* Motivated individual who wants to become a Customer Service Agent for a Multinational Company.
Job requirements :
* Female
* Max 25 year’s old
* Diploma holder in any discipline
* Well spoken and written English
* Min 1 year's exp in customer service administrative duties
* Able to communicate well and comfortable with people
* Excellent telephony and communication skills and able to interact effectively with customers
* Able to cooking is an advantage
Job responsibilities :
* Handling of customer's enquiries and complaints and provide effective solutions to the problems
* Communicate effectively with customers and respective department representatives
* Other administrative duties

* Pendidikan minimal S1
* Pengalaman min 3 tahun di ASP dan MS SQL
PROJECT MANAGER
Kualifikasi :
* Usia Max 35 tahun
* Pengalaman min 3 tahun
* Berdasarkan Kontrak Kerja
* Mempunyai Project Management Certification (Optional)
* Pengalaman di perbankan (Optional)
