HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT (HRD MANAGER)
REQUIREMENTS :
* Male max. 40 years old
* S1 graduate, Majoring: psychology / Law / HR Management
* Min 2 years experience in managerial level
* Understand industrial Relationship, Personal & General Affairs
* Administration and Man Power Laws, Recruitment Training, Organization Development
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, highly initiative, honest
* Able to independently and also in a team
* Able to work under pressure
EXECUTIVE ADMIN / SECRETARY
REQUIREMENTS :
* Female, Single not than 30 years old
* Minimal Graduate for Secretary Academy (D-3)
* Min. 2 years experiences in the same position
* Work processing and filing: organizing their time for meetings, travel etc
* Answer incoming phone calls for executives
* Organizing meetings
* Drafting letters in English and proofreading for grammar / punctuation / spelling
* Preparing proposals, letters & presentations in English
* Some event management
* Good performance, interpersonal and communication skill
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinker, loyalty
* Has skill & knowledge of computer, internet and Microsoft Office
* Good command in English (oral & written)
TICKETING MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS :
* Female / Male
* Having at least 5 years of experience in service industry or relevant experience in managerial position
* Customer oriented and use to work closely with user/decision maker
* Strong leadership, high discipline, be proactive, able to work underpressure and have good problem solving skills
* Familiar with Airlines sales or reservation team
* The ideal candidate will be between 25 – 35 years of age
* Highly skilled in working with reservation and fare calculation in Galileo, Abacus and ARGA system Fluent in English (both oral & written)
OUTBOUND TOUR MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS :
* Male / Female
* Having at least 5 years of experience in service industry or relevant
* Customer oriented and use to work closely with user/decision maker
* Strong leadership, high discipline, be proactive able to work underpressure. and have good problem solving skills
* The ideal candidate will be between 25 – 35 years of age
* Fluent in English (both oral & written)
