The Plaza Semanggi seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join this well known property management office. This is an opportunity to help raise the profile of the organization within build and maintain positive relationships with the media, public, our customers and our tenants.
Public Relations Executive
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* University degree or equivalent to public relations.
* General knowledge of sales and marketing, communications and media, telecommunications, writing, speaking, persuasion, critical thinking, active listening, and social perceptiveness.
* Familiarity with corporate computer systems.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
* A minimum of 1 year in retail or shopping center management, broadcast or lifestyle magazine.
* Knowledge in shopping center advertising initiatives.
* At least 2 years experience in similar position with proven record in building PR campaign.
* Must be well organized and be able to withstand pressure.
* Requires excellent communication and negotiation.
* Male or Female
* Age : 25 – 30 years old.
* Great appearance is an advantage.
* Willing to work on saturday and sunday (if necessary).
