Technician IT Help Desk

Job and Responsibilities :

* Performs a variety of complex secretarial, clerical and administrative duties
* Contract administration, tracking, filing, distributing
* The control of work assignments entering IT Department and General Support and instruction for computer related problem
* Performs a variety of typing and word processing or correspondence, agenda documents and reports
* Files and sorts a variety of document to include sensitive and confidential information
* Performs all IT Department’s duties or activities in compliance wit IT Department standard procedure
* Responds to request from PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia’s users both Jakarta Head Office projects in person and on the phone, answering questions and taking messages, including problem resolution
* Log activity in and out of IT department’s staff
* Organize and schedule IT Staff’s traveling
* Handle purchases from offices supplies to maintenance contract
* Performs as IT Procurement Officer
* Conduct annual /monthly IT inventory and IT Asset Register
* Generates user manual for database application which has been developed
* Maintains updates and revisions of IT Department policies and procedures and disaster recovery plan
* Assists in budget planning process, including development, data entry and tracking. Requests Purchase Order and reconciles invoices
* Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Required Skill and Qualifications :

* Female, age between 25 - 30 years old
* D3/S1 degree from any discipline
* Min. 2 years working experience in relevant field (as IT Help Desk)
* Has experience in administrative tasks, knowledge in IT environment
* Advanced knowledge of major software applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
* Have experience in administrative tasks (filling, correspondence, etc)
* Have knowledge in IT environment (IT peripherals, hardware and software)
* Able to work independently and take initiatives, but also be a team worker
* Excellent communication skills and ability to create a team spirit in the office
