ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities
* Responsible for purchasing and stocks matters.
* Assisting in office administrative matters.
* Order entry processing – taking orders.
* Shipment arrangement.
* Correspondence with customers.
Requirements
* Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but must have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position.
* PC literate.
* Outgoing personality preferably with telemarketing skills.
* Spoken and written English is essential.
SECURITY ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for pre-sales, installation and post-sales activities for out suite of i-security products in Jakarta, Indonesia
* To provide technical support and consultation on solving customer’s technical problems in ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide product training to our resellers.
* To support customers in maintenance related issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Possess at least a diploma in IT / Computer Science, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience
* Conversant in English.
* Should have networking experience in routing and switching technology.
* Internet security experience is added advantage.
NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for pre-sales, installation and post-sales activities for out suite of network security products in Jakarta, Indonesia.
*To provide technical support and consultation on solving customer’s technical problems in ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide product training to our resellers.
* To support customers in maintenance related issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Possess at least a diploma in IT / Computer Science, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience
* Bilingual in English.
* Should have networking experience in TCP/IP, Firewall, IDS, IPS, routing and switching technology.
* Internet security experience is added advantage.
