Legal Officer (Code: LO)

Job Accountability :
*
Provide legal advice and counsel within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
*
Analyze and interpret case law, court reports, and proposed and existing laws and regulations to prepare technical reports on how they impact the organization's operations.
*
Prepare legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters (for example loans, leases, purchase agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, employment contracts) to protect the organization's legal and business interests.
*
Review and approve public statements from a legal standpoint to identify, anticipate and mitigate legal risks.
*
Represent the organization in legal proceedings in before courts, government agencies, or other authorities so that the organization's interests are protected.
*
Prepare materials for external legal counsel so that they are well-prepared to represent the organization in legal proceedings.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree majoring in Law
*
Qualified by experiences minimum 2 years in the same position
*
Excellent knowledge on Labor Law and have experience on handling corporate issues
*
Self starter with an investigative nature and work with minimum supervision
*

Financial Analyst (Code: FA)

Job Accountability :

Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators

Provide reports to management on information for making strategic and operational decisions on areas such as investments and capital expenditure.

Analyze the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions to management against organization's business objectives
*
Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring on Accounting.
*
Relevant experiences minimum 2 years at finance area
*
Excellent analytical thinking, understand, and could work on the technical subject directly
*
Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results

Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully

Head of Marketing (Code: HM)

Job Accountabilities :

*
Leads the marketing department; direct marketing strategy on product positioning, market penetration and pricing.
*
Establish the medium and long range planning process and the new business programs if any. Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the marketing (sub-function) operation.
*
Regularly leads important regional initiatives.
*
Has accountability for the function and provides high level of advice and recommendations to the Top Marketing Executive.

Job Requirements :

Purchasing Assistant Manager (Code: PAM)

Job Accountabilities :

*
Supervise the day-to-day activities of a team of professionals who purchase goods, materials, supplies, and services that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.

Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, tenders, proposals, or quotations where the purchase order is more complex or of greater significance to the organization
*
Negotiate prices and delivery conditions; and commit to purchases (within established limits of authority) with terms that are in the organization's best interest.
*
Communicate with vendors to resolve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies.
*
Respond to escalated enquiries; review and authorize the purchasing recommendations of others (within established limits of authority).

Supervise team members; priorities and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 1 year experience. Fresh graduates from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 are welcomed to apply

Factory Accounting Section Head (Code: FASH)

Job Accountability :

responsible for the development and implementation of effective costing processes and procedures
*
ensure the accurate and timely provision of costing data to support the growth plans of the business
*
reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries
*
responsible to coach less experienced accounting staff and help them to resolve problems.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring on Accounting.
*
Experience minimum 3 years as supervisor in finance or accounting area
*
Excellent both in Communication & interpersonal skills

Good in leadership skills

Qualified on cost accountant area

Controller (Code: CO)

Job Accountabilities :

*
Supervise overall activities related to financial accounting including taxation, factory accounting, and sales accounting.
*
Implement operating procedures in line with company policy, US GAAP, local GAAP, as well as IAS.
*
Manage company's compliance with SOX, internal policies, as well as legal requirements. Legal requirements include Indonesia Corporate Governance, SEC, and Tax regulations.
*
Ensure financial/accounting information for local, statutory, and US requirements are accurately reported and timely issued.
*
Mentor and develop staff in areas of US GAAP, process controls, and managerial skills.
*
Identify and encourage system and process improvement using six sigma.

Job Requirements :

*
At least 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in audit. MBA background is preferable.
*
A recognized accountancy degree or higher (CPA or similar preferred).
*
Strong communication and analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.
*
Person of high integrity, results oriented, and a keen sense of business ownership.
*
Excellent People-Handling Skills.
*
Time-bound/observes deadline due dates.
*
Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

Hands-on experience in SAP systems would be advantageous.
