MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Managing administration matters of recruitment
* Interviewing candidates
* Conduct & preparing report of psychological test
* Handling recruitment & selection for all branchs
REQUIREMENTS :
* Min. S1 Psychology from reputable University (min. GPA 2,8)
* Min. 1 years experience in the recruitment activities
* Having competency in Psychodiagnostic (is a must)
* Having ability in competency base of interviewing
* Strong administration skill
* Computer abilities (Open Office, Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, & Visio)
* English & Bahasa Indonesia (oral & written)
* Strong in interpersonal skill
* Detail & organize orientation
* Independent, work hard, able to work under pressure
* Willing to travel all around Indonesia
