REMUNERATION SPECIALIST

Major Duties & Responsibilities

* Handling payroll, remuneration survey and benchmarking

* Doing job analysis

* Developing reward management for retention purpose (incentives, ESOP) Consultancy


Minimum Requirement

* Male/ Female, 32- 38,

* Minumum S-1 degree in Economi and other Social Sciences, from reputable universities.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits Manager or Compensation or from Benefits Consultancy.

* Strong analytical skills.

* High level of computer skills and strong exposures with Excel and other data base application

* Self-starter, proactively initiate changes by analyzing and developing new remuneration policy.

* Fluently communicate in English (written & verbal) is a must.
SALES TRAINER
Major Duties & Responsibilities

* Developing training curriculum and module

* Delivering training material in various creative method

* Reviewing training effectiveness


Minimum Requirement

* Minimum S1 any major

* Minimum 5 years experiences with exposure as sales trainer from insurance or multilevel marketing company.

* Excellent communication & presentation skill

* Fluently communicate in English (written & verbal) is a must
