Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* Min. 5 years at the current or last experience in banking industry
* Min. 3 years experience at the same or relevant position
* Capable in formulating, implementing and monitoring sales, marketing program and credit control strategy especially for funding
* Have a perfect knowledge and experience of funding and have a good record in achieving funding target
* Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill
* Capable to demonstrate the value of the customer
* Min. S1 education level, Computer and English literate is a must
COMMERCIAL & SME – ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT
Qualifications:
* Male or Female, age below 40 years old
* Min. 5 years experience formulating, implementing and monitoring sales and marketing program for Commercial & SME banking product
* Min. 3 years experience at the same or relevant position
* Have a perfect knowledge and experience in achieving sales target of banking product, i.e. Corporate & Commercial and SME
* Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill
* Capable to demonstrate the value of the customer
* Min. S1 education level, Computer and English literate is a must
COMMERCIAL & SME BANKING HEAD
Qualifications:
* Cover for West Area, i.e.: Sumatera and for East Area, i.e.: Kalimantan, Sulawesi, East Java
* Male or Female, age below 40 years old
* Min. 7 years experience formulating, implementing and monitoring sales and marketing program and credit control strategy for Commercial & SME banking product
* Min. 3 years experience at the same or relevant position
* Min. 5 years experience as Branch Manager
* Have a perfect knowledge and experience of banking product, i.e. Corporate & Commercial and SME
* Have a good demonstrable record in achieving sales target
* Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill and strong leadership
* Capable to demonstrate the value of the customer
* Min. S1 education level, Computer and English literate is a must
Senior Business Manager
Qualifications:
* Male or Female, age below 40 years old
* Min. 7 years experience formulating, implementing and monitoring the sales and marketing and credit control strategy
* Min. 3 years experience as Branch Manager, or 5 years as Sub Branch Manager
* Have a perfect knowledge and experience of banking product, i.e. Corporate & Commercial, SME and Consumer
* Have a good demonstrable record in achieving sales target
* Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill and strong leadership
* Capable to demonstrate the value of the customer
* Min. S1 education level, Computer and English literate is a must
