Total Productive Maintenance ( TPM ) Manager
This position will report to VP Operations. The incumbent is responsible to :
* Coordinate centrally all the TPM initiatives and to drive the TPM process in our factory.
* Work with the consultant on a TPM master plan
* Organize/ coordinate TPM training
* Make sure the standards are set and adhere to
* Perform TPM audit
Requirements :
* University degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering with min GPA.2.75
* Experience in delivering TPM initiative or other continuous improvement methodology in Multinational company
* Has strong leadership, and a team player
* Good command in English both Verbal & Written
