Building: Field Operation Positions
1. Building Field Operation Manager (Jabodetabek, West Java [jawa barat jabar], East Java [jawa timur jatim])
2. Building Field Operation Spv (West Java, Central Java [jawa tengah jateng], Bali)
3. Building Maintenance Coordinator (Central Java jawa tengah jateng)
Main Responsibilities:
* Control and monitor preventive maintenance activities both by internal resources and external outsourcing services to ensure minimum interruption/ disruption to BTS/backbone CME support system.
* Provide corrective maintenance to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing system for BTS/backbone
* Provide other administrative function
Qualification:
* The candidates must have at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) for manager level, Diploma’s Degree (D3) for supervisor/coordinator level majoring in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* Have at least 5 years(manager), 3 years(supervisor/coordinator) of working experience in BTS maintenance & operation from telco/vendor company
* Able to read technical drawing including CME single line diagram
* Able to operate Ms Office application
* Excellent leadership skill
* Excellent problem solving and detail oriented
* Excellent technical and communication skills
