Regulatory Compliance Staff
Qualifications :
* Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with major in law
* Minimum of 3 years progressively experience in regulatory compliance/Legal operation
* Strong Analytical and Technical skills to provide effective and proactive regulatory compliance/legal operation
* Must contain internal control logical thinking as well as related regulations and laws
* Effective communication, presentation and drafting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Good Team Work
* Possessed High Integrity Value
* Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities :
* To ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and provides expert legal, regulatory compliance guidance to management and employees, including JV
* Regulatory Inventory update, training and communication
* Set up risk and control matrix for each regulation and liaise with all business units within the company to ensure the adequate and appropriate compliance control is maintained throughout the company
* Conduct regular regulatory compliance in all units
* Ensure regulatory compliance issues relevant to functions are communicated rapidly and openly as part of the implementation of Early Warning System
* In consultation with the manager, leader or legal counsel, provide advisory service to the business to identify methods for them to meet business objectives within a framework of sound compliance practice
