Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience at least 2 (two) years experience as Marketing (Preferable from Foreign Bank)
* Age under 35 years old
* Familiar and still working at Cikarang, Cibitung and Karawang
* Have good knowledge and understanding on wealth management and sales target
* A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
* Proactive in seeking new business opportunities and follow up existing clients in order to increase sales revenue for the business
* Excellent selling and networking skills
* Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
* Able to work under tight deadline
* Willing to attend regular after office hour events
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* PC literate and high integrity
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English (fluency in Japanese will be an advantage)
* Willing to be placed at Cikarang
