Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

* The Company seeks an experienced accounting people to Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager, manage the financial reporting and general accounting functions of the company
* Responsible direct to Finance & Accounting Manager.
* Maintenance of accounting records, such as the general ledger, etc.; and assists to prepare the monthly report.
* Responsible for A/P, A/R, Cash and Bank, Inventory, and Taxation.
* Other general accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 major in Accountancy with at least GPA 3.00 of 4.00 from reputable university.
* Tax Brevet A & B.
* Having work experience at least 1 year in the same position, with total experience in finance and accounting area at least 5 years. Experience in packaging manufacturer is preferred.
* Good knowledge of accounting cycle, taxation, and costing.
* Familiar with computerized application. Having experience to operate Accurate Accounting Software is preferred.
* An ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
* An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with other staff and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
* An ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Ability to work with various levels of staff;
* Mature, honest, smart-hard worker, self motivation, discipline.
* Work location is in Cikupa Tangerang
