Siebel Accounting Staff
Job Function:
* Monitor Daily Sales via Siebel -ERP Interface
* Prepare Daily Siebel sales summary (contingency plan)
* Reconcile Siebel Sales, Inventory and Cash Receipt
* Analyze Monthly Siebel Sales
* Maintain Price List in Siebel
* Analysis and reconcile unearned revenue from Walk In Center
Requirements:
1) Education:
* Minimum Bachelor degree (S-1) Accounting from reputable university
2) Experience:
* Minimum three (3) years experience as Accounting / Auditing / Consulting
3) Human Competency:
* Discipline and having urgency sense
* Detail and Cautious
* Fast learner
* Hardworker
* Creative
* Good Team player
4)Technical Competency:
* Good understanding of Accounting and having auditing skills
* Understand interrelationship business process between finance, accounting, sales, and logistic
* Understanding of Point of sales system
* Excellent skill in operating Microsoft Windows (excel spreadsheet)

Oracle Finance Staff - Jakarta
Job Function:
* Maintain the oracle finance set up to make sure all new business requirements are covered by the system and user can utilize ERP system smoothly
* Maintain General Ledger set up
* Maintain Account Payable set up
* Maintain Account Receivable set up
* Maintain PO set up
* Maintain inventory set up
Requirements:
1) Education:
* Minimum Bachelor degree (S-1) Accounting from reputable university
2) Experience:
* Minimum three (3) years experience as Accounting / Auditing / Oracle Based Finance & Accounting module Consulting
