PT SMART Tbk. is an integrated palm-based consumer company under the umbrella of SINAR MAS GROUP, one of well established conglomerate in Indonesia.
The company owns and manages plantations, mills and refineries which manufactured branded and unbranded cooking oil, branded margarine and shortening. SMART's products are divided into three categories Retail, Industrial and Bulk. Retail products are designed for household consumption. Whereas industrial products are aimed at supplying noodle factories, confection factories, bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and so forth. Whilst for our upstream operation, we implement an on-going plantation expansion program and concurrently replanting the old or less productive trees. GENERAL PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Job Summary :
Provide On-site administration, accounting and financial support to the Construction Manager
Responsibilities :
• Handle On-Site finance, human resources (payroll), financial and operations
• Monitor & report absence employee and local labor
• Manage travel arrangements for project teams
• Provide coordination support for events
• Managing day to day Cash Flow during the construction of the plant
• Responsible for managing the payment distribution to local vendors and Local Labors
• Prepare weekly/monthly cash disbursement accountability report
• Liase with local authorities
Qualifications :
• Minimum D3 or equivalent, majoring in accounting or finance from national universities with minimum IPK/GPA of at least 3 (out of maximum of 4) or equivalent.
• Applicants should have excellent administration skills
• Having minimum 3 years experience and familiar with Accounting, Finance, and Administrative skills, i.e: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proactive and motivated with a positive and energetic attitude

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Male / Female age max. 35 years old
2. Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 from the reputable University
3. Minimum 5 years experiences in Finance 7 Accounting in a Group Company and min. 2 year experiences as a Finance & Accounting Manager.
4. Preferably have some experiences at Big 4 Accounting Firm
5. Having strong technical skills in Accounting
6. Having strong interpersonal and analytical skills
7. Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
8. Computer literate
9. Strong leadership & management skills, highly responsibility, trustworthy, good communication, and presentation skills
10. Willing to work hard, good team work, ability to work under pressure, self confidence and self motivation
PLANT SUPERINTENDENT
Job Summary :
• Assisting Project Manager/future Plant Manager during the course of plant construction
• Report directly to Project / future Plant Manager
Responsibilities :
• Assist Project Manager to control the prospected plant construction, facilities installation, and logistic forwarding including delivery to site
• Liase with contactor management team in solving day to day problem may arise
• Monitor over sub-control to strictly comply with relevant conditions of the contract
• Participate in planning resources and budgeting and undertake procurement management when necessary
• Prepare periodic claims and deviation report to main and sub-contractor
• Prepare monthly repost to be used by the Project Manager
• Set-up working crew for joining during commissioning and future operation
Qualification :
• D3 or equivalent either in Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Male/Female
• 8 years experience in Production and Logistic Management, preferable in manufacturing and production activities
• Capable literate in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power-point, etc.
• Understand English in preferable
• Willing to travel and based in location outside Jakarta
PLANT MANAGER - CODE: PM
Plant Manager (1 position based in Dumai/Riau) - code: PM
1. Male, bachelor degree from reputable university in Industrial or Chemical Engineering, with GPA >= 2.90.
2. Min. 10 years experience as a Plant Manager and 5 years experience in Plant Construction Management.
3. Having good knowledge in interpreting civil, mechanical & technical design drawing, soil mechanic and thermo-dynamic.
4. Having knowledge & experience in budgeting, project cost control process & professional project management methodologies & tools.
General Qualifications:
1. Computer literate in MS. Word, MS. Excel & MS. Power Point (for all positions) and MS.Project (for Plant Manager & Plant Superintendent)
2. Able to communicate in English, preferrably oral & written.
3. Good communication & interpersonal skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure.
4. Willing to travel.
