CUSTOMER SERVICE
Main Responsibilities :
* Provide profesional service to customers in order to meet customers requirements and satisfaction
The right candidate should have :
* University background
* 2 years experience in the similar position
* Good command of English language (Spoken and written)
* Have experience with BPCS system will be advantageous
* Microsoft Office computer skills
PRODUCT & PROJECT MARKETING
Main Responsibilities :
* Develop Jotun as a leading paint brand in Indonesian
* Develop Decorative market through competitive product assortment, pricing and promotion tools for project and retail.
The right candidate should have :
* University background (marketing)
* Minimum 2 years experience in paint business FMCG / building material
* Marketing & band competence
* Good command of English language (Spoken and written)
* Microsoft office computer skills with Auto CAD Coral, Photoshop will be advantageous
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Main Responsibilities :
* Develop business plan for growth in number of projects by effective mapping
* Provide support to sales staff on market intelligence
The right candidate should have :
* University background
* Min. 2 years experiences in paint business / architect
* Good command of English language (Spoken and written)
* Microsoft Office computer skills
* Willing to travel
SALES PROJECT (SURABAYA)
Main Responsibilities :
* Promote and sell Jotun decorative products
* Achieve the sales target
* Monitor collection to ensure customer pay on the schedule
The right candidate should have :
* University background any disciplines
* 2 years experience in sales of project (building)
* Familiar with architects and contractors
* Good command of English language (Spoken and written)
* Microsoft Office computer skills
* Ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous
* Domicile in Surabaya
