VARIOUS POSITION AT PT.Global Media Services Intercontinental

Our company, PT. Global Media Services Intercontinental (PT. GMSI) is a PMA company based in Bali Indonesia that offers broad integrated online business solution, including software development, online marketing promotion, and art & animation.
We are opening several vacancies and please apply ONLY IF you are willing to be relocating to Bali.

1. Online Marketing Manager (Code; OMM)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for manage online advertising and promotional campaigns, includes managing online creative, tracking
campaign performance and providing statistical analysis.
• Analyze competitive promotions and advertising campaigns e-business products.
• Working very closely with the department’s analytics department to provide further analysis of traffic generated from natural or paid search engines, online or offline marketing programs and alliance partner referrals.
• Work with in-house creative department to aid in development of marketing communication pieces for e-business products from our customer including competitive sales messages and themes.
• Initiate and implement plans for future online loyalty and lead nurturing programs.
• Monitor and provide strategic planning to maintain the result, including learn and apply new concepts and tools.

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of working in online marketing field.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with proven academic excellence.
• Depth knowledge about online marketing with has capability to develop and alignment of marketing programs across online channels (e.g. banners, search, e-mail, viral, affiliate marketing etc.)
• Proven track in online marketing concept.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating marketing campaigns with ability to determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization modeling requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of optimization effort of online marketing campaign.
• Having good leadership skill to manage people, including delegating the tasks
• Working knowledge of strategic management method.
• Is a highly detail oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Creative, innovative and self motivated.
• Proof oriented mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible yet organized manner
• Able to fit in a flexible/fast pace/entrepreneurial environment
• Language qualification: fluent in written and spoken English

2. SEO Staff (Code: SEO Staff.)

Responsibilities:
• Article Marketing and search engine bombing.
• Plan and develop articles, carry out article distribution segmentation.
• Search and list for potential article grabber site.
• Plan and carry out content linking and code snippets of analytics application.
• Create content for webblog with desired keywords.
• Register and create webblog, preferably blog that provide sidebar section or blogrolling.
• Search for target forums, create content for posting in forums, post content in the forums.

Requirements:
• At least 1 years of working in online of marketing experience.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline from reputable university with proven academic excellence.
• Excellent editorial skill
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms and online marketing trends
• Strong hands-on web programming experience
• Working knowledge of SEO ranking, traffic and analysis software
• Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible yet organized manner
• Open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills
• Able to fit in a flexible/fast pace/entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with dynamic website development in a database environment
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Java, and Perl
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Language qualification: fluent in written and spoken English
• Understanding of fundamental marketing principles, particularly in the on-line sphere

Responsibilities:
• Online target market search, and trend analysis.
• Develop online marketing strategies concept and project.
• Provide data analyses of project performance.
• Create report of campaign optimization results to prove value against original business goals.
• Develop case studies of successful optimization efforts in support of business development efforts.
• Perform ongoing competitor analysis.
• Suggest action plan or initiative to related department in order to be able to compete and beat the competitor.

Requirements:
• At least 1 years of working in online data analyst.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from reputable university with proven academic excellence.
• A good understanding of the overall marketing process and especially demand generation and direct marketing.
• Well-developed project management skills, particularly in terms of defining and tracking campaigns.
• Creative, innovative and self motivated and proof oriented mindset.
• Able to construct graphical equation base on set of data in order to map out a trend.
• Able to work with enormous amount of statistical data.
• Able to interpret data, draw conclusions and offer insight.
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis.
• Experience in creating suggestive reports based on data analysis and findings.
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible yet organized manner
• Able to fit in a flexible/fast pace/entrepreneurial environment
• Language qualification: fluent in written and spoken English
