JOB SUMMARY :
* To prepare test cases and test plan for software.
* To conduct software QA testing prior Updates/product release to clients.
* To document and track test results.
* To research and be able to suggest approaches on software quality improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Design and develop test plans from Problem Log, Change Request or Specifications.
* Plan, design and perform software Quality Assurance testing including functional/system test, negative test, concurrency test, load/performance test and stress test.
* Write script or perform database data manipulation in order to carry out necessary testing.
* Research/develop tool for various testing which may assist in improving software quality.
* Responsible for documenting and tracking test results and ensuring systems are fully tested and approved before Updates or Product release.
* Analysis of software quality issues and provides suggestion to improve software quality.
* Interact closely with R&D team and consultants to understand the scope of testing required and plan for estimated testing completion date.
* Have initiative to ensure project/work is under control and to assist other co-workers as necessary to meet deadlines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Participate as part of the team in application development life cycle and ensure projects are completed on a timely basis.
* Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems.
* Involve in troubleshooting and provide technical support for multi production environment.
* Involve in application integration, enhancement, implementation and version control of existing system, including Updates compilation for existing system of all clients.
* Prepare and upkeep application documentations and technical specifications.
* Writing Test Plan when necessary and perform peer code review before staging and release to production.
* Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
* Applicants with good communication skills in English are preferred.
