A well-known and big forestry and mining company who leads both local and region market is currently looking for a highly caliber candidates of Human Resources Professionals:

1. EMPLOYEE RELATION HEAD

Requirements:

* Male, 30 - 40 years of age
* At least 5 years in related managerial level
* Familiar with updated Indonesian labor laws and regulations
* Competent in Microsoft-Office Applications
* Good communication skill

2. TRAINING AND PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT HEAD

Requirements:

* Proficiency in English
* At least 5 years in related managerial level
* Good communication skill

3. MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT)

Requirements:

* Graduated from a reputable University
* At least 3 years experience in Human Resource Management in a managerial position
* Proficiency in English
* Has a good conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking
* Fast learner and high adaptability

Responsibilities :

* Develop & maintain Performance Management concept, methodology, system & policy
* Establish job methodology and conduct job analysis and job evaluations
* Responsible for ensure the quality by updating & maintaining Organizational Structure to be in line with company business needs
* Establish , implement & maintain Competency Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM) concept
* Prepare & establish Man Power Planning in relation with business strategy
* Arrange whole process of Performance Management system
* Design and arrange Career Management System & Policy
* Review and update all HR policies
* Proposed strategy and its implementation in order to make result of Performance Appraisal be able to be used efficiently by Manager or other Division in HR

4. HR MANAGER FOR BRANCHES

Requirements:

* Male, 30 - 40 years of age
* At least 5 years in related managerial level
* Expertise in Labor Law
* Good communication skill
* WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED OUTSIDE JAKARTA (Samarinda / Pontianak)

5. RECRUITMENT & SELECTION HEAD

Requirements:

* Male, 35 - 45 years of age
* Graduated from a reputable University (Psychology degree)
* At least 4-5 years experience in Human Resource Management in a managerial position
* Proficiency in English, Chinese language is a plus
* Willing to travel

6. PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION HEAD

Requirements:

* Male, 35 - 45 years of age
* Graduated from a reputable University
* At least 4-5 years experience in Human Resource Management in a managerial position
* Proficiency in English, chinese language is a plus
* Willing to travel

7. INDUSTRIAL RELATION HEAD

Requirements:

* Male, 35 - 45 years of age
* At least 5 years in related managerial level
* Knowledgable and updated with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
* Competent in Microsoft-Office Applications
* Good communication skill
