Customer Service
Responsibilities:
• Motivated individual who wants to become a Customer Service Agent for a Multinational Company
• Handling of customers enquiries and complaints and provide effective solutions to the problems
• Communicate effectively with customers and respective department representatives
• Other administrative duties
Requirements:
• Female
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Hold Diploma in any discipline
• Well spoken and written English
• Having minimum 1 years experience in customer service administrative duties
• Able to communicate well and comfortable with people
• Excellent telephony and communication skills and able to interact effectively with customers
• Able to cooking is an advantage
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.
