PT Thames Pam Jaya are a multinational - multi utility company, presently looking for highly qualified individuals to fill in the following positions in order to strengthen our management team:
1. IT - Application Quality Assurance (AQA)
Responsibilities:
• To design and document the test cases needed to perform the application development
• To document the application QA result included recommendation, if necessary, by referring to the defines Application QA Standard in Application Development Department
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science.
• Should have minimum 2 years work experience as application QA or System Analyst
• Knowledge of package and in-house developed application
• Technical knowledge of relational database management system and programming concept
• Has knowledge in SDLC, 4 GL Database and programming concept
• Familiar with Unix Environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
• Possess strong analytical skill, ability to quickly adapt with a new and unique environment
2. Assessor / Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Assessing people capacity and competencies, both in personal and position wise, of individuals as well as external applicants to match with job requirement and challenges
• Planning , conduct, integrate and reporting Assessment Center processes and result
• To design , develop and reviewing continuously assessment measurement tools (paper pencil as well behavioral )
• Provide counseling and coaching to assessees
• Conduct Recruitment and Selection process
• Building and running people development plan and activities for employees
Requirements:
• Professional Assessor (Psychologist is preferred)
• Good understanding on Assessment methodology, both psychologically & technical.
• Interest in People Development and Human Resources
• Behavioral event interview methodology and data gathering skill.
• Computer literate, minimum for the MS Office Operation.
• Independent workers as well as good team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Strong analytical skill .
• Minimum 2 years as professional assessor
• Has exposure in other business field is an advantage
