Job Purpose :
To manage and control overall job and activities in Training Department.
Job Environment :
Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for Training Module, Jamsostek, Askes, Local society, Local government, and other government instances.
Job Requirement :
* S1 majoring in Human Resources Management or Technical engineering graduated from reputed institute with min 10 years of experiences.
* Age above 35 years.
* Having sound knowledge of Human resources management processes, Training Need Analysis, arrange and conduct training program, training evaluation, annual training budget, expense, and operating cost.
* Sound analytical thinking, good communication skill, and having high Achievement Motivation.
* Able to demonstrate an effective Team Leadership.
* Proficient in English both spoken and written.
* Computer literacy.

* Pendidikan minimal S1 atau D3 Teknik Kimia/Tekstil dengan pengalaman minimum 2 tahun atau fresh graduate

* Bersedia tinggal di Purwakarta
