VARIOUS POSITION AT PINETREE

Pinetree is a leading software research & development (R&D) company based in Singapore, with branch offices in Malaysia and India. Based on our understanding of the industry and the business environment, we select and apply the appropriate software and/or hardware technology to our clients business processes which incorporate functionalities and features that are tailored to meet our client business needs.


1. Web Programmer

Responsibilities:
• To develop, customize and implement the software solutions based on Clients’ requirements
• Maintain and upgrade existing softwares
• Provide training & support for Clients for in-house software
• Installation and configuration of PCs hardware/software for in-house software

Requirements:
• Male
• At least 2 years web experience.
• Required skill(s): ASP, ASP.NET.
• Preferred skill(s): VB, VB.NET
• Prefer to have knowledge in SMS technologies.
• Experience in developing business applications related to inventory, HR, payroll, financial, etc.
• Salary depends on experience.
• Able to speak English fluently. Knowledge in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Singapore.
• Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.


2. ADMIN & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative duties and support for company
• Handling of Company’s Accounts, including GST filing & Submission
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording and payment of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables
• Handling of Basic Secretarial Work (Annual Returns, AGM, etc)
• Responsible for any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Others:
• Females preferred.
• Malaysians welcomed.
• Able to commit long term with company.
• Salary starts from S$1,200, depending on experience.

Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI/ACCA or other relevant qualifications.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant admin and accounting experience.
• Knowledge of MYOB or other accounting software is an advantage.
• Positive Attitude, Initiative, Honest, Reliable, Hardworking, and Meticulous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, other languages such as Malay, Cantonese, etc would be an advantage.
• PC proficient.
