We are seeking for experienced & professional candidate with strong commitment to take responsibilities as :

GENERAL ENGINEERING MANAGER (GEM)

Responsibilities :

1. To manage Electric Power Distribution & Transmission for all production activities are maintained and serviced in line with the manufacturer’s and companies specifications
2. To plan and organize the project activities & assuring compliance with the organization’s project management guidelines
3. To develop long and short range strategic plans, administration of General Engineering Department planning, budget, rates, policies and procedures and oversight of security and maintenance of facilities and equipment

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
2. Experience more than 3 years with High Voltage power systems in transmission level substations, underground power lines, or substation protection/control systems
3. Strong analysis of technical problems or issues dealing with design of Electric Power Distribution systems
4. Must be results & target driven, honest, strong leadership, have ability to motivate and excite a team
5. Proficient in English communication both speaking and writing

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (HRM)

Responsibilities :

1. To Manage all competency based HR program and activities includes recruitment, to identifying training need analysis, to conducting training & development as well as performance management in order to achieve the standard of performance set
2. To define all development programs related to improvement of competences level of the employees to achieve the company’s mission and business objectives
3. To support the succession plan through people development program including its support system.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from a reputable university
2. Having appropriate knowledge/skill on training concept and techniques, can conduct several training programs and should have the ability to design training program based on the employees need based on in the related field with minimum 2 (two) years experience in HRM field at managerial level
3. Working experience from manufacturing industry multinational is preferred
4. High energy level together and analytical capabilities are essential
5. English language and computer literacy are important,
6. Proactive, self starter, strong leadership skills, systematic, having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
