VACANCY AT PT.ARTHO AGENG ENERGI

PT. ARTHO AGENG ENERGI, is the private company which done the business for the electricity services, it's starting-up the power plant to generate electricity until making distribution for the customer (end to end business). We had a clear vision for to be the best energy solution company in Asia Pasific. We are seeking urgently professional and highly motivated persons for the following:

A. Business Development Manager
General Requirements :
1. Male/Female, max 35 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree (S1).
3. Minimum 5 years experience in Energy Industry.
4. Good analytical, communication, leadership and interpersonal.
5. Good in strategy, marketing concept and presentation skill.
6. Broad client database.
7. Proven marketing/business development track record.
8. Able to work under pressure.
9. Must be organized, multi task person, innovative and ambitious.
10. Entrepreneurial and high self initiative.
11. Speaks and writes English actively and fluently.

Note:
The employment will be on contract basis for 1 year and depending on the progress of the project it may be extended.

B. Assistant General Manager

General Requirements :
1. Male max 3 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree graduate majoring Business Management.
3. Good management skill.
4. Ability to work proactively, highly independent and highly motivated.
5. Neat, carefull and highly diciplin.
6. Pleasant, honest and responsible personality.
7. Good communication skill both written and oral in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Chinnese would be a plus.
8. Willing to work avertime and ready to work under pressure.
9. Profficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
10. Experience in organization or working experience minimum 2 years.
11. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

Note:
