Job description:
- Arranges delivery schedule
- Documenting export-import line
- Communication with clients
2. Warehouse Supervisor
Job description:
- Manage and control daily activities in the warehouse
- Control and ensure the quality and conditions of goods and containers
- Preparing daily reports of godds in / out
3. IT Officer
Job description:
- Computer programming
- Updating database
- Monitoring and system updating
4. HR & Payroll Staff
Job Description:
- Arrange and update payroll list & files
- Input payroll payments to journal
- Update personnel database
5. Crane Operators
Job Description:
- Operating cranes and other machines
- Moving cargos and containers to designed place
Requirements:
- Male / Female, maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum education Diploma (1,2,3,4), or SMU (5)
- Open to fresh graduates (1,3,4,5)
- Experience in forwarding companies is an advantage
- Knowledge about freight forwarding business is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in computers, able to use Microsoft Office (1,3,4)
- English business communication skills is an advantage (1,4)
- Good communication skills (1,2,4)
- Highly responsible, good monitoring skills (2)
- Willing to work overtime (Overtime and transport fees provided) (5)
