VARIOUS POSITION AT PT.Mandiri Media Kreasi

PT. Arfynndo Mahaputra Niaga / PT. Mandiri Media Kreasi are Group of Promotional Company, is looking for strong candidates to apply on following positions :

Graphic Designer, Product Designer, Art Director and Web Designer :

- A degree in the Designer School (S1) with 1-2 years working experience or Fresh Graduate with GPA >= 3.00
- Have a strong design or copywriting background.
- Takes a strategic role-determining how to best represent a company.
- Involving development of high-level concepts for design projects. It also involves working with clients, pitching designs, and understanding client needs.
- Strong conceptualization skills with illustrations, storyboards, etc.
- Directs assigned creative teams and provides editorial and art direction from concept to the completion of projects.
- Presents creative ideas to account manages and directly to department’s clients.
- Works directly as writer on projects; conceptualize, initiate, research, write, edit and present their own work for highly visible projects/clients.
- Must Have Computer Designer Skill :
Adobe After Effect / Macromedia Flash / 3DS / Autocad / Freehand / Ilustrator
- Able to operate Apple and PC Hardware
- Team Player, Highly Motivated, have passion in Promotional Industry

Account Executive & Marketing Support :

- Female, un-married, attractive, 23 - 29 years. A degree in communication (D3/S1) with 1-2 years working experience or Fresh Graduate with GPA >= 3.00
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain after sales services.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.

Head Of Production :

- Male, Un-Married
- A degree in the management (S1) with 1-2 years working experience at Even Organizer Company / Digital Printing Company / or Fresh Graduate with GPA >= 3.00
- Understanding of the key technologies in use for all projects.
- Preparation of all required documentation for product release.
- Standards and process integrity setting for quality systems management for all products at Manufacturing Suppliers.
- Quality checklist for production of all products.
- Pre-production problem solving at Manufacturing Suppliers.
- Pre-shipment inspection at Manufacturing Suppliers.
- Post-production (after sales) quality shooting.
- Monitoring production going on at various job workers.
- Ensure timely delivery from the job workers units.
- Ensure that right quality of work has been done at the right price.
- Lead a team of assistants and quality controllers.
- Managing over all Operations i.e. planning & controlling of the production unit for products.
- Plan production, review production, on-line inspection.-
- On-going product design engineering and production development.

Quality and Vendor Auditor & Purchasing Officer :

- Male and Female, un-married, attractive, 23 - 29 years. A degree in management or communication (D3/S1) with 1-2 years working experience or Fresh Graduate with GPA >= 3.00
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
- Prepare reports regarding market conditions and related costs.
- Planning and Directing of Materials and supplies to reduce costs and improve quality as well as plan and forecast for future market needed.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
- Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Review stock levels against sales ratio and sales forecast.
- Respond to changes in sales trends and sales forecast.
- Communicate with all contract manufacturers on production progress.
- Evaluate and execute cost reductions and quality improvements within the supply chain.
- Prepare bid awards requiring board approval.
- Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
