Job Scope :
Reporting to the Technical Manager - System, You will play a key role in the following areas:
* Software Development on telecommunication / smart card fields * Work closely with tester to develop test plan to conduct test with application effectively
* Candidates with right credential will be Project Leader , managing the development life cycle of project.
Qualifications and experience:
* Min. Degree in Electrical / Computer Engineer / Computer Science or relevant discipline
* Min 2 years experience in System Software Development
* SQL or Oracle Database knowledge is essential
* Well Verse in either C++/Visual Basic /Java Programming language
* Strong foundation in .Net Framework & UML ( Unified Programming Language) is preferred
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fresh graduates with the right credentials are welcome to apply

The Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the design, development and testing of SIM, USIM and RUIM operating system software used in mobile phones.
Our Requirements:
* Degree in software engineering, computer engineering or related field of study.
* 3 years software engineering experience preferably in the smart card, mobile telecommunication or wireless technology industry.
* Experience in independent system analysis and design of operating system
* Experience in JAVA and or C/C++ programming language is essential.
* Additional knowledge of GSM/EMV/3G W-CDMA/CDMA 2000/WiFi specification is an advantage.
* Must be able to apply relevant SDLC methodology effectively
* Effective interpersonal and time-management skills
* Self-motivated, resourceful and creative problem solver.
* Able to function effectively as an individual or in a team.
* Able to supervise and lead a team of software developers.
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
