- possess a Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0, preferably from English Department
- possess a good command of English with minimum TOEFL score 500 or other equivalent English proficiency test
- posses at least 1 year experience
- be computer literate
- be open minded and willing to work hard under minimum supervision
- possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- be able to read Al-Qur’an
