The first class leather manufacturer, located in Sidoarjo, has expanded the business by installing new machines and automation equipment. Due to this expansion, the company needs a person who will be appointed as an Senior Leather Technician (SLT):
SENIOR LEATHER TECHNICIAN (SLT)
FINISHING TECHNICIAN SHOULD:
* be a graduate from ATK.
* have worked in a tannery holding production responsibility in finishing for a minimum of 3-5 years
* possess color matching skills
* be able to communicate well with the team - Both verbal & written proficiency required
* posses the knowledge & be able to balance machinery & manage workforce according to the production requirements
* be a self motivating character to achieve & excel the targets
* be able to pick up problems and have a sharp trouble shooting skills on the shop floor
RETANNING & CRUSTING TECHNICIAN SHOULD:
* be a graduate from ATK
* have worked in a tannery holding production responsibility in wet end & crusting for a minimum of 5 - 8years
* possess color matching skills in drum dyeing
* be able to communicate well with the team - Both verbal & written proficiency required
* posses the knowledge & be able to balance machinery & manage workforce according to the production requirements
* be a self motivating character to achieve & excel the targets
* be able to pick up problems and have a sharp trouble shooting skills on the shop floor
* Computer literacy a must - be able to cope up with automation controls in retanning & drying
* Analytical ability is desirable.
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING (PE)
Resposibility :
Directly to the Director. His/ her function is to advise the top management such necessary changes process and supply chain in order to maximize the production capacity and achieve the efficiency standard.
Qualification :
* Degree in any Discipline.
* Experience in working with Multinational or International Manufacture with minimum experience 7 years such as production analyst, production process control or production engineering.
* Fluency in English is a must both in oral and writing.
* Have strong knowledge & be able to balance machinery & manage workforce according to the production requirement.
* Be able to communicate well with the team - both verbal & written proficiency required.
* Flexible and adaptable * a strong team player with high level of confidence.
* Be a self motivating character to achieve & excel the targets.
* Be able to pick up problems and have a sharp trouble shooting skills on the shop floor
ACCOUNTING STAFF (AS) - Sidoarjo
Responsibility:
Ensuring that the Accounting function are fulfilled and completed
Qualification:
* Bachelor major in Accounting.
* Practical as well as theoretical background in Accounting system.
* Well understanding of Indonesia Accounting System.
* Experience in working with Multinational or International Manufacture with minimum experience 3 years
* Computer literate is a must and knowledge of bonded zone, AS 400 / SAP R3 would be advantage.
* Fluency in English is a must.
* Communication skills and multi tasking with a high degree of integrity and responsibility
* Solution Oriented - Problem searching and solving
* Flexible and adaptable – a strong team player with high level of confidence
* Result oriented – an effective “go getter” who takes initiative and is able to work on his / her own drive
