Job Descriptions :
* Analyze client current condition from business process and its industry trend
* Understanding client’s product and services, what differentiates the client’s product and services from one another in term of feature/benefit/ targeted customer
* Examine client’s requirement based on problems occurred or future trend and best practice of their industry/services/ products
* Provide competitive analysis from technical aspect (SWOT).
* Create presentation material and blue prints for solution based on user requirement with best practice or future trend of their industry/services/ products as referral.
* Ensuring quality for all deliverables and knowledge transfer during solution delivery to client.
* Maintain customer satisfaction along delivery process.
* Monitor implementation process and prepare all materials to support implementation process.
* Managing client expectation and ensure all deliverables are within scope.
* Motivating customer (end user and supervisor user) to give their commitment for implementation and supporting the operation.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor Degree, with 3 years related experiences in Finance Controlling Module
* Have extensive experience in implementing ECCS or CASH MANAGEMENT or SAP-FI-AM or CO /PP PRODUCT COST
* Able to completely interpret and respond to common inquiries or complaints and negotiating, also capable to present information effectively and persuasively to customer, top management or members of business community.
* Having extensive negotiation and facilitation Skill
* Capable to find opportunities with profit loss consideration
* Having extensive Knowledge of Customer Service Orientation
