IT System Support and Administration
Responsibilities:
* To maintain companies network structure and mail access.
* Handle computer problem from internal user.
* Handle Hardware request and justification.
* Correspondence and coordinate with provider re the Internet access to make sure the service are continuous.
* Continue research to improve companies’ communication to reduce cost with available sources in the market.
* Maintain companies computer system from virus.
* Provide advice and guidance of using excel, word, power point and other program by conducting the training to the staff.
Qualifications:
* Good Degree in computer or Information Technology disciplines.
* Knowledge in Software, Hardware, network system, troubleshooting and internet.
* At least 1-year experiences, but fresh graduate are welcome.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Pleasant Personality, Hard Worker, Honest, Cooperative and Self-Motivated.
