Qualifications :
* Min. S1 degree from any background of education
* Female/Male, age 25 – 40 yrs old
* Has experience as supervisor, asst. manager or managerial level.
* Willing to build and maintain a well functioning RFL unit and strengten skills and capacity of staff and volunteers trough out Indonesia.
* Having Communication and leadership skills
